Inspiration

In high school, I had required community service hours. I was passionate about working with neurodiverse students but struggled to find opportunities to do so. Instead, I often had to frantically search for any volunteering opportunities that had openings. This software aims to fix the issue by matching individuals with the volunteering opportunity perfect for them.

What it does

Takes user input on area of interest and returns volunteering opportunities related to the interest in the area.

Learning how to how to import and use external libraries in Python. Also, we are proud of the idea.

What we learned

We learned that mental health can be targeted via community service.

Viable front-end development and expanding to regions past Boston.
