Outdoor/Adventure Education during and after Corona

Inspiration

Students/Pupil need Outdoor/Adventure Experiences to develop 21st Century Competencies. The virus will unavoidably change our ways of doing it.

What it does

Simultaneous international Challenges in Outdoor/Adventure Experience, where students would be able individually or in small groups (depends on COVID-19 related legislation in particular country/state/region/municipality) implement different activities, share them, give other students new challenges and communicate with each other about the outcomes and new experiences gained. The challenges would appear weekly/monthly.

How I built it

Students/Pupil will be able to use platforms that already exist and are free to use.

Challenges I ran into

How to implement it and provide for all vulnerable groups (kids with no broadband, migrants, minorities). How to measure the educational impact.

What's next for Outdoor/Adventure Education during and after Corona

Developing the idea and find the ways to implementate it.
