I contributed to the development and optimization of our conversational shopping agent, including its multi-turn memory, BM25 retrieval, exact-constraint reranking, and evaluation tools. I also implemented defensive, mode-aware budget handling and comprehensive tests, helping make the solution accurate, deterministic, offline-ready, and robust.
