Inspiration

In today’s high-stakes job market, the difference between an interview and an empty inbox isn't just skill—it's presentation. Most candidates spend hours crafting a resume only to be beaten by someone whose resume "spoke the language" of the recruiter and the ATS. I was inspired to build Ottomon-G3H to level the playing field. I wanted to build a career architect that doesn’t just generate text, but "forges" a majestic professional identity that is impossible to ignore.

What it does

Ottomon-G3H is an elite AI Career Architect that uses Gemini 3 to transform raw data into high-impact, ATS-optimized professional identities. It goes beyond simple text generation by providing:

  • AI Mentorship: Real-time feedback and tips on specific resume fields.
  • Majestic UI: A premium Glassmorphism interface for an executive experience.
  • ATS Matcher: Built-in intelligence to analyze and score resume alignment with job descriptions.
  • Elite PDF Export: Professional-grade documents in Modern, Classic, and Executive styles.

How we built it

  • Brain (Engine): Utilized the Google Gemini 3 API (Flash-Preview) for its superior reasoning and massive context window.
  • Heart (Frontend): Developed with Streamlit, featuring custom CSS injection for a high-end Glassmorphism aesthetic.
  • Body (Generation): Used ReportLab for precise PDF generation.
  • Intelligence Layer: Built a semantic ATS Matcher that evaluates contextual alignment rather than just keyword frequency.

Challenges we ran into

  • The "Zero-Click" Refresh: Solved a UI update lag by implementing strategic st.rerun() logic.
  • Document Consistency: Built a custom normalization layer to map complex AI output into stable PDF structures across multiple templates.
  • Hallucination Control: Implemented strict system instructions to ensure the AI only uses provided data while maintaining a professional "sheen."

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Successfully creating a "Vibe" that feels more like an elite consultancy than a basic web tool.
  • The semantic accuracy of the ATS Matcher—it actually understands why a candidate is a good fit, which is a significant step over traditional keyword-based systems.
  • Building a robust, hackathon-ready application in a tight timeframe without compromising on the Majestic aesthetic.
