Inspiration

Online shopping has become increasingly popular among the youth. In this day and age, convenience is highly valued. Luckily for us, Amazon Prime has free 2 day shipping - unluckily for us, prime shipping is allowing more carbon emissions to be emitted into our already suffering atmosphere. We wanted to make an impact with this consumer behavior - enter OtterCart.

What it does

OtterCart is a Google Chrome extension that alerts you about how much carbon is being emitted from shipping your item from the closest Amazon distribution center to you along with the number of trees you've saved with your purchase.
