A small web app that performs Off-The-Record (OTR) encryption using Arlo Breault's otr JavaScript implementation. Encryption and the key exchange are performed by copy and pasting protocol strings from the web app, into Google Hangouts, and then decrypted on a mobile device using the Chat Secure application.
