Even for a single portfolio, users jump between trading apps, dashboards, exchanges, DeFi protocols, portfolio tools, and messaging flows.

At the same time, xStocks are turning equities into programmable onchain assets.

That changes everything.

Because the opportunity is no longer just to make investing more accessible.

It is to build an entirely new financial layer around equities — one that is open, composable, and programmable by design.

Many teams are building tools on top of that stack.

We wanted to go further.

Our conviction is that the next breakthrough is not only about creating more financial products.

It is about creating a better way to access, navigate, and consume them.

That is the idea behind oTo.

We are building a powerful all-in-one xStocks and DeFi platform — and an adaptive AI layer on top that changes how users interact with it.

Our vision is simple:

Finance should be seamless, app-less, and always on.

What it does

oTo is an all-in-one xStocks and DeFi platform available on desktop and mobile.

It brings the xStocks financial stack into one place, including:

  • xStocks investing
  • onchain trading
  • swaps
  • yield deployment
  • smart DCA
  • buckets and smart portfolios
  • delta-neutral strategies
  • copy trading
  • portfolio management and rebalancing

Instead of forcing users to jump across fragmented surfaces, oTo unifies those actions into one product.

But what makes oTo special is that the platform is not static.

It adapts to the user.

For power users, oTo offers a full-featured desktop and mobile app with depth, control, and visibility.

For guided users, oTo becomes an intelligent layer that helps them:

  • navigate the platform
  • understand what matters
  • discover relevant products and strategies
  • choose traders to copy
  • receive AI-assisted selection and allocation ideas
  • execute more simply

And for users who do not even want to open the app, oTo can become a fully app-less interface through Telegram, WhatsApp, or in-app chat.

How we built it

We built oTo as two layers working together.

1. The platform layer

First, we built a real xStocks and DeFi platform for desktop and mobile.

This layer gives users direct access to:

  • trading
  • swaps
  • yield
  • smart DCA
  • buckets and smart portfolios
  • delta-neutral strategies
  • copy trading
  • automation
  • portfolio monitoring
  • rebalancing
  • multiple product and strategy flows around xStocks

This is not a thin wrapper, a single flow, or an AI shell.

It is a real end-to-end product surface designed to unify the xStocks financial stack.

2. The adaptive AI layer

On top of that, we built oTo as an adaptive intelligence and access layer.

oTo does not just answer prompts.

It helps users:

  • navigate the platform
  • understand available options
  • select products, strategies, or traders
  • reduce cognitive load
  • act through natural language
  • and execute through conversation

This creates multiple user modes on top of the same infrastructure:

  • full-app power users
  • guided users who want AI-assisted navigation and selection
  • fully app-less users interacting through Telegram, WhatsApp, or in-app chat

This is what makes the product special.

oTo is not just a chatbot, and not just another dashboard.

It is the adaptive layer on top of a real all-in-one xStocks and DeFi platform.

### 3. The on-chain execution layer

All transactions execute on Ink Sepolia through deployed smart contracts:

  • 10 contracts deployed: MockUSDC, 8 xStock tokens (ERC-20), SimpleAMM
  • BucketManager for on-chain index funds
  • EIP-712 delegation for non-custodial AI trading — the bot trades without holding user keys
  • ERC-4626 vaults for yield generation via Tydro
  • Perp orders signed and settled on Nado Protocol
  • Smart DCA and delta-neutral rebalancing execute on-chain every tick

The AI decides. The chain executes. The user keeps custody.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was explaining the product correctly.

Because if we simplified it too much, it could look like:

  • just another xStocks dashboard
  • just another AI chatbot
  • or just another collection of DeFi tools

But the real product is more ambitious than any one of those categories.

The challenge was to communicate that we are doing two things at once:

  1. building a serious all-in-one platform around xStocks and DeFi
  2. building an adaptive AI layer that changes how different users access that platform

We also had to design for very different user behaviors:

  • users who want direct control and full visibility
  • users who want guidance and AI-assisted selection
  • users who want low-friction, app-less execution

Making one product work across those very different interaction models was a core design challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we built more than a demo or a thin AI wrapper.

We built:

  • a real all-in-one xStocks and DeFi platform
  • a premium desktop and mobile experience
  • strategy discovery, execution, yield, and portfolio flows
  • differentiated product depth through smart DCA, buckets, delta-neutral, copy trading, and rebalancing
  • an adaptive AI layer that makes the same system usable in different ways
  • a seamless path between full app usage, guided execution, and conversational app-less usage

Most importantly, we showed that the future of xStocks is not only about tokenizing equities.

It is about making that new financial layer usable, navigable, and consumer-ready.

What we learned

We learned that the opportunity around xStocks is much bigger than a single use case.

It is not only about tokenized stocks.

It is about what happens when:

  • equities become programmable
  • DeFi becomes composable
  • and access becomes adaptive

We also learned that users do not all want the same interface.

Some want a full dashboard and direct execution.

Some want help understanding where to go and what to choose.

Others want to skip the app entirely and just talk.

That is where oTo becomes powerful: not just as an interface, but as the layer that adapts the same financial system to different kinds of users.

What's next for oTo

Our next step is to keep expanding both sides of the product:

  • the all-in-one xStocks and DeFi platform
  • and the adaptive layer that makes it easier to use for every kind of user

That means:

  • deeper xStocks integrations
  • richer product coverage
  • stronger strategy orchestration
  • better trader and portfolio selection
  • more intelligent AI-assisted guidance
  • smoother continuity between app, Telegram, WhatsApp, and in-app chat
  • more powerful app-less execution flows

Long term, we see oTo becoming:

the adaptive AI asset manager in your pocket — built on top of a complete xStocks and DeFi platform.
