Inspiration

Adrianna was recently inducted as the student government president of her college and struggled with workflows, coordination, referring to the proper document, and lack of guide on how to plan out events. There was no documents passed on and no continuity from previous officers. Figuring out things on her own was hard so she thought having an app that guides her through the process would make it much easier not just for her but also other officers in other orgs and future officers as well.

What it does

OrgFlow is an AI-powered organizational assistant designed to make managing a student organization easier, especially as leadership changes from year to year. Important knowledge is often scattered across documents, emails, shared drives, meeting minutes, and former officers, leaving new leaders unsure of what procedures to follow, how to plan activities, or what previous teams have already learned.

OrgFlow turns that scattered information into an easy, conversational AI experience. Instead of searching through multiple documents, student leaders can simply type what they need help with—such as “I want to organize a fundraising event next month. Where do I start?” Using Gemini, OrgFlow understands the request and uses the organization’s uploaded policies, guidelines, and historical knowledge to provide clear, actionable steps. At the same time, OrgFlow helps document current activities and lessons learned so that future officers can easily access and build on the knowledge of previous leadership teams.
