Organization Matcher

Allows open source contributors to find organizations based on their skills and interests

Inspiration - Developers face a lot of difficulties when choosing which organization to make open source contributions to; therefore, we thought we could help them by making an app, which would match their skills/interests with organizations.

What it does - The user can create an account or sign into an existing account. If they create an account, they have to put in details such as their name, age, etc. Then, they have to choose the coding languages they know and the organizations that they are interested in contributing to. Then, the app will match their skills and interests, with organizations that will be a good fit for them.

How we built it - We used Figma to design the app and its logistics.

Challenges we ran into - Choosing the color for the app as it should be intuitive and user-friendly.

Accomplishments that we're proud of - Designing the app with simplicity

What we learned - App designing takes some thinking, especially because it has to be inviting and easy to use.

What's next for Organization Matcher - We could improve the app by adding new features.
