Inspiration
Before the outbreak of Covid-19, waiters and waitresses help customers to note down what they would like to order by pen or through an app in restaurants.
To facilitate restaurants to adjust to the new normal, we are building a chatbot ordering assistant that will allow customers to order food and drinks via speech, and the kitchen will be notified of the type and quantity of food and drinks required.
