OrcaTek Scheduler makes scheduling study groups easy. It takes away the hassle from comparing your schedule with your friends in order to find free time slots to study.
With the help of Google's API, OrcaTek Scheduler lets you invite classmates out of your contact list. It then sends them an email inviting them to create study group time slots. Once team is logged in to the Scheduler, the choice to fetch a calendar from your Google account is possible. Once each member has chosen a schedule, the OrcaTek Scheduler checks for availability and suggests a weekly meeting schedule. Each member of the team can then upload those scheduled times to their Google Calendar.
