About the Project
PolyHacks 2025 is a hackathon designed to bring together creative minds to build innovative solutions over an intensive 36-hour period. The event fosters collaboration, learning, and innovation while addressing real-world challenges.
What Inspired Us
We were inspired by the concept of bringing students and professionals together to create impactful projects in a short time. The dynamic atmosphere of hackathons, coupled with the opportunity to learn new technologies and network with like-minded individuals, motivated us to participate and contribute.
What We Learned
Throughout this journey, we learned how to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively under pressure. We gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies, enhancing both our technical and interpersonal skills.
How We Built the Project
The project was built using React.js, paired with Vite for a fast and efficient development experience. We leveraged Tailwind CSS for styling, ensuring a modern and responsive design. Our backend was structured with Node.js and MongoDB, enabling seamless integration between the front end and database.
Challenges We Faced
- Time Constraints: Working within a limited timeframe required meticulous planning and execution.
- Technical Issues: Debugging and integrating different frameworks presented a steep learning curve.
- Team Coordination: Aligning schedules and workflows across a distributed team added complexity.
Despite these challenges, we successfully delivered a functional and visually appealing platform that highlights the spirit of innovation at PolyHacks 2025.
