Inspiration

Orbit Talk was inspired by the experience of dealing with critics—people who constantly orbit your name, spreading judgment and negativity, whether you’re present or not. I wanted to capture that tension visually, using bold and contrasting imagery to mirror the song’s message.

What it does

The music video brings the song to life with a dynamic visual narrative, highlighting the contrast between the artist’s creative energy and the negativity thrown their way. It’s a visual exploration of perception, criticism, and resilience.

How we built it

I created the keyframes using Higgsfield Popcorn, a storyboard-making tool that helped me generate the visual flow. Animation was done with Grok Imagine, allowing us to translate static ideas into vibrant, kinetic sequences that match the song’s energy. I edited it all together with CapCut.

Challenges we ran into

One major challenge was balancing abstract visuals with narrative clarity—making sure the viewer could follow the story while still experiencing the bold, contrasting aesthetic. Timing animations to sync with the song’s rhythm also required multiple iterations.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I successfully translated a complex, conceptual idea into a visually compelling music video. The combination of storytelling, animation, and music created a seamless, immersive experience that resonates with viewers.

What we learned

I deepened our understanding of visual storytelling and animation workflows. We also learned how to use keyframe and animation tools more efficiently, and how to translate abstract concepts into compelling visuals.

What's next for Orbit Talk Music Video | For The Haters

Next, I plan to expand the project’s reach—sharing it on more platforms, experimenting with interactive visuals, and exploring live or AR adaptations to make the experience even more engaging.
