How we built it

We built Orbit as a productivity-focused workspace designed specifically for students.

The frontend was developed using React.js and Tailwind CSS to provide a clean and distraction-free user experience.

The backend was built using Node.js and Express to manage schedules, tasks, notes, and user data.

Google Gemini powers the intelligent features of the platform. It generates personalized study plans, summarizes notes, creates revision materials, answers academic questions, and helps students stay organized.

Google Cloud services provide secure storage, authentication, and deployment infrastructure, ensuring the platform remains scalable and reliable.

Throughout development, we focused on reducing cognitive overload and creating an experience that helps students spend less time organizing and more time learning.
