Oracle Council

Oracle Council is a local-first reflection tool and ChatGPT App that connects required birth context with memories explicitly selected by the user.

It explores one question through ten reflective traditions: I Ching, Four Pillars-inspired balance, Nine Star Ki-inspired timing, Sukuyō-inspired relationships, Western astrology, tarot, numerology, runes, geomancy, and lunar-calendar cadence. Each lens explains its context, grounds the reflection in selected evidence, preserves uncertainty and counter-evidence, and proposes three reversible actions.

The ChatGPT App first sends only memory titles and sources. Memory text is released only after the user confirms the selection; a server-signed receipt prevents model-invented consent. Oracle Council processes the selected text transiently and stores no personal history. The standalone mode keeps imports and analysis local.

A four-axis, MBTI-inspired reflection shows supporting and counter-evidence instead of assigning a fixed type. Users can compare choices with visible criteria and weights, continue the discussion in any requested language, and export the result as an Obsidian Markdown note for a seven-day review.

Codex with GPT-5.6 was used for product framing, the deterministic ten-lens engine, privacy boundaries, MCP and ChatGPT App integration, tests, adversarial review, deployment, and demo production. The final implementation passed 16 Python tests, 33 Node tests, type checking, production build, independent product review, independent security review, and public endpoint smoke tests.
