What it does

Project Title: Optimizing daily service delivery Business Case: currently most hotels deliver services to their guests based on brand, grade, service culture and resources among other factors. Service delivery in some cases is optimized based on expected occupancy volumes. Problem / Opportunity Statement: As service delivery projections are based on business volumes, the content in these volumes is dynamic and fluctuates based on several factors that can further be explored to optimize service delivery daily. Goal Statement: To use Machine learning to build an algorithm that will help predict a set of most relevant services in a particular property daily to allow scaling down or shutting down other services. With this set of most relevant services, accurate predictive planning for new arrivals can greatly improve guest experiences, create greater memories and intelligent use of the scarce resources.
