Inspiration

We were inspired by the practical implementation and the nature of the problem. The difficulty was a factor that pushed us to work harder and challenge ourselves.

What it does

We made a greedy algorithm that recieves, stores and deliveres boxes in the fastest possible way and visualize the procedure throuht a visual simulation.

How we built it

We brainstormed about rules that maximize efficiency. We established a set of principles with the main one being that we deliver and store boxes in the same route. Then, with the help of AI we managed to implement it in code.

Challenges we ran into

Different factors concerning the problem that we had to take into account. The difficulties in creating the visual simulation. The coding implementation and the test cases' results

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud to have managed to create a fast algorithm that gives an answer. We are also proud to have created a beautiful UI.

What we learned

Managing complex constraints better and co-operating with the team for the same project.

What's next for OptiBox

He hope that INDITEX will utilize our code and ideas in house and increase their productivity
