It helps organize work, clarify ownership, surface next actions, and keep progress visible so teams can follow through reliably.## How we built itThe project is a Python and Streamlit workspace built with the AWS Strands Agents SDK and Amazon Nova Lite. It uses structured prompts and workflow logic to transform requests into practical operational plans, with Markdown-based project context and GitHub integration.## Why it mattersOpsPilot focuses on the gap between having good ideas and consistently completing the work. By making priorities, reasoning, owners, and follow-up steps explicit, it gives small teams a lightweight way to operate with more clarity and accountability.
