This project is for people like us who are aspirate and passionate but couldn't make absolute use of their time because of excessive time spent searching the website. There is always a spark in us that tries to search for opportunities, but the reason that you can't find one can position you in inaccurate stands. Now, using this app, we can be exposed to a flush of opportunities that might change future.
Building this app wasn't a piece of cake. Sometimes, it was hard to find the logic to code, and other times it felt overwhelming to decode, in cases of bugs. The choice of choosing to not use no-code tools so that we could work on our coding muscles was one of the biggest accomplishments. We have never worked on a code this long. Trying to understand other's code before coding is another level challenge.
We are really proud of the outcome. However, if we had more time, we would have implemented the project by making certain changes like making the UI more engaging and colorful, extracting opportunities from other sources, giving users options to contact the opportunity origin, and much more. Nevertheless, we are proud of what we have built in this 36 hour challenge. Not to mention that it was Neel's first time participating in a hackathon while Sanjana's second time (though this is her first time doing web dev).
