Inspiration
AIOps stands for Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations. AIOps holds tremendous value. It plays a key role in enabling new efficiencies for IT Ops teams, making it practical for organizations to adopt complex next-generation technologies that cannot be managed successfully using traditional solutions. Big data from devices and humans can be combined with advanced analytics to provide insight and enable autonomous remediation, no longer does IT Ops need to burden human operators for all of the management tasks that modern infrastructure and software require. OperationWise AIOps solutions can augment human intelligence across all primary IT operations functions
What it does
OperationWise can detect, prioritize and assign issues when they happen using a recommendation system. Thereby making it more efficient to diagnose and fix issues for good.
How we built it
The solution consists of a NodeJS orchestrator for a virtual agent, machine learning service and other essential services. The frontend displays useful data for performance analytics and management of incidents.

What's next for OperationWise
We want to integrate more services with the solution. OperatorWise will provide more capabilities to predict issues before they impact users and the business, and automate resolutions.
