Operation Find Robo Callers

Each State requires the Phone Companies in said State to ask for "volunteers" to help track Robo Callers by setting up tracking accounts for said callers. The Money spent by each Phone Company to "track" the robo calls is REIMBURSED/RECUPERATED by FINING THE ROBO CALLER/ABUSER NO LESS THAN TWICE THE AMOUNT USED by the Phone Company to track said Robo Caller. If we can put stuff on MARS...Phone Companies should have the tracking means IF there are "VOLUNTEERS" IN PLACE to help track these Robo Callers. In the long run, IT PAYS FOR ITSELF!!! The REST of the fine monies can be used for future Security Ventures, etc. by the FTC.
