Allow recipients of phone calls to press *72 (*RC for RoboCall) when they receive an unsolicited sales robocall. Functions from all carriers, mobile & land. Sends data about call to "clearinghouse" where algorithm compiles, sorts, & creates active blocking criteria, then disseminates blocking instructions to carriers.
