OpenUi5-App using API-Layers

Inspiration

The inspiration was to check how the api´s from apilayer can be used within an openui5/sapui5-App

What it does

First check the location with ipstack and find the structure of Iban with bank data for the founded country. Then we have two Tab´s where we can get with one the current weather for the founded location and with the second tab check or create Iban´s.

How we built it

To build this app i used VS-Code with the plugins for building Sapui5- / Fiori-Apps. Next tried to create an android-App with cordova, but as i have only subscribed for the free layers, it was not possible to make an https request, but cordova creates an app with using https for my index.html.

Challenges we ran into

The most challenges where to find out how i can include the api-layers within an openui5-app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

After a few mistakes i found out how to use the api-layers. Therefore i think i am able to use the layers in future projects.

What's next for OpenUi5-App using API-Layers

This App was only an example for me to learn how to use the layers. Don´t think that i can use really productive.
