Autonomous cinematic orchestration powered by Gemini Enterprise and executed through a deterministic, zero-heap bare-metal C11 audio-visual engine.

• Cognitive Director Agent: Gemini Enterprise via the official google-genai SDK orchestrating visual transitions and acoustic carrier frequencies.
• Grafana Cloud MCP Runtime Bridge: Real-time emission of thermodynamic efficiency (openteis_joules_per_op), cymatic lock (110.0 Hz), and WORM State Root hashes directly through grafana/mcp-grafana tool definitions.
• C11 Bare-Metal Kernel: Zero-heap 4D Hopf fibration projection, SIMD-accelerated DCT, and immutable WORM audit trails compliant with EU AI Act (Art. 12).
