What is OpenLuck
OpenLuck is a decentralized Cross-Chain NFT marketplace full of innovation and creativity.
We aim to be the global and inventive marketplace where users can trade NFTs residing in various blockchains fully decentralized and with the most robust security.
Using the world's first Lucks Trading model lowers the barriers to participation, making users more friendly. Users only need to pay for an extremely low cost on an EVM-compatible chain(Polygon/BNBChain .etc) and then can have the opportunity to win the valuable NFTs on Ethereum.
This innovative model makes NFT trading very interesting and attracts more people to participate, which greatly improves the liquidity of NFT and activates the entire NFT trading market.
OpenLuck supports CryptoPunks, ERC721, and ERC1155 NFT standards, whether it is collectibles, digital artwork, or assets of GameFi and Metaverse, you can conduct lucky transactions here.
Problems and Solutions
NFT is an innovative product in the crypto world. It can be the link to the virtual world, the crypto world, and even the real world. Interestingly, both talented artists and ordinary people can create their own NFTs and gain recognition and support from the community.
However, we also find that there are some problems with the liquidity of NFTs:
- Poor liquidity of NFTs and high risk for NFT holders.
- Inefficient trading model of Most Marketplace.
- The isolation of different blockchains limits the liquidity and value potential of NFTs.
- High gas fee and low TPS of Ethereum limit the NFT usages.
The limitation of NFTs to a single blockchain network makes it hard for users and traders on different blockchain networks to interact and trade NFTs. The interoperability of NFT is a major concern to its community as it limits them to use only the platform they are deployed on and can't communicate with another blockchain.
OpenLuck is building a Decentralized cross-chain NFT marketplace bridging the gap between the NFT ecosystem.
Features and Innovations
OpenLuck is committed to creating an innovative Cross-Chain NFT marketplace for the community. It focuses on creative trading models and liquidity solutions developments, as well as features and innovations such as decentralization, permissionless and cross-chain interoperability.
1 Lucks Trading
Lucks Trading is an innovative trading model that combines CrowdFunding & Lottery Draw.
For example, a seller sells a NFT through crowdfunding at a price of 1,000 USDC, divides it into 1,000 shares, and the unit price is 1USDC. All users can participate at the price of 1USDC, and if you buy 1 share, you will get 1 ticket. When the crowdfunding target is reached, OpenLuck will automatically and fairly draw a lucky number, the winner who holds the lucky number will get the NFT, and the seller will get the crowdfunding amount.
Here is some key information for Lucks Trading:
- Accept tokens (ETH/MATIC/BNB/BUSD/USCD/USDT), each task can select one kind of payment token.
- Support CryptoPunks, ERC721, and ERC1155 NFT standards.
- Lucky Bonus: In addition to NFTs, the winners also have the opportunity to receive 0~30% of the deal amount bonus (the ratio is set by the seller when creating the task).
- Lucky Group: Lucks Trading supports team mode, up to 10 people. If someone in the group is the winner, the group members can share the lucky dividend equally. It greatly increases social fun and the winning probability.
- Participants can get $LUCK rewards in different proportions.
- The platform will charge a 2% protocol fee.
2 Cross-Chain
Sellers can use Ethereum's NFT to create Lucks Trading orders. Through public crowdfunding in the EVM-compatible chain(Polygon/BNBChain .etc), ordinary users can use small amounts of money and have the opportunity to obtain high-value NFT. In this way, we can give full play to the respective advantages of different public chains, which can not only improve the liquidity of NFT, but also attract more users.
3 Decentralization
OpenLuck is a non-custodial NFT marketplace controlled by smart contracts running on EVM-compatible chains (Polygon/BNBChain .etc). The selection of lucky numbers uses ChainLink's VRF service, which is open, transparent, and truly random, ensuring the fairness and decentralization of the gameplay. Decentralization is the continuous pursuit of OpenLuck. For more technical details, please refer to the following technical chapters.
4 Permissionless
Benefits from the decentralized architecture design of OpenLuck, you can access and participate in OpenLuck freely and without permission only if you have an EMV-Chain wallet address.
Rewards
OpenLuck is a community-driven project, most of the rewards will be distributed to community participants and contributors.
1 Protocal Fee
OpenLuck charges a 2% protocol fee, and 50% of the protocol fee will be rewarded to $LUCK stakers.
2 Trading Rewards
Trading rewards are a core part of OpenLuck’s token economy as we seek to become the most liquid marketplace for NFTs in the BNB Chain.
3 Staking Rewards
When you stake $LUCK, you also earn additional $LUCK. Staked $LUCK tokens are auto-compounded for users that wish to just leave their $LUCK tokens staked.
4 Lucky Rewards
In order to motivate all creators and active participants, OpenLuck will randomly select some users who meet the requirement and give different amounts of $LUCK to them as rewards.
