Inspiration

My inspiration came from witnessing the learning struggles faced by so many—friends, family, and countless students who lacked access to structured, personalized educational resources. While there’s an abundance of knowledge available online, especially on platforms like YouTube, it’s often overwhelming and unorganized. This makes it difficult for learners to find the right path and stay motivated.

What It Does

LurnoxAI is an AI-powered learning platform that generates personalized, structured learning paths based on a user’s topic, learning duration, and goals. It curates and ranks high-quality educational YouTube videos using intelligent relevance scoring and presents them as a seamless, course-like experience.

Learners can explore content efficiently, stay focused, and achieve their objectives faster—all through a clean, user-friendly interface. LurnoxAI simplifies the chaos of online learning by turning scattered content into curated, guided journeys.

How I Built It

After 20 years of traditional coding, I set a bold ground rule: build LurnoxAI using prompts only—no manual code.

The first hour felt like “monkey coding”—testing what Bolt.new could generate, exploring how far I could push AI to outperform my manual logic. To my surprise, Bolt generated cleaner, faster components than expected. That gave me the confidence to continue building solely through prompt engineering.

Over the next three days, I crafted the full platform—driven entirely by prompts. In around 6 hours of focused work, powered by ~6.5 million tokens of AI processing, LurnoxAI emerged as a fully functional AI-powered learning tool. It’s a strong example of how AI-assisted low-code platforms can revolutionize development—even for experienced software engineers.

Challenges I Ran Into

Honestly, not many major roadblocks. The most memorable one was when I asked Bolt to “roll back a change.” Instead of reverting the last step, it rolled back to an early export version. The issue? My prompt was too vague.

That moment taught me a key lesson: when working with AI, clarity and precision matter just as much as logic in traditional coding.

Accomplishments That I’m Proud Of

The biggest win came just a week after I first shared the idea. When I demoed LurnoxAI, the response was incredible—especially from a UX expert who audited the platform and confirmed over 99% alignment with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

Without any formal promotion, LurnoxAI is already seeing ~20 new users per week organically. That kind of early traction—combined with accessibility compliance—makes me confident in its future impact.

What’s Next for LurnoxAI

• Partner with local governments to introduce LurnoxAI under the Right to Education framework—so quality learning reaches every learner, everywhere
  
• Integrate with other popular platforms and tools, to build a broader learning ecosystem that unifies content, personalization, and discovery

Honestly, generating revenue isn’t my main focus. I see LurnoxAI as a social education platform—driven by purpose, not profit. I want to keep it grounded in the belief that education is a right, not a privilege, and that’s the path I’m proud to walk.
