i decided to get my foot in the door and make my first open source contribution and got started with fixing easy bugs.
Fixed issue #3996 in JupyterLab. Pull requested. Moved on to fixing issue #3696. Found bug in JupyterLab and created new issue #3999. Working on the patch which will solve multiple issues at once. This patch will close issues #3999, #3696 and #3703.
Fixed issue #10659 in Numpy and created test cased to validate the patch. Pull requested.
