Inspiration

As a first-year business student, I noticed that many students and citizens struggle to manage, verify, and renew their digital IDs, which can block access to essential services like healthcare, education, and banking. I wanted to create a solution that makes digital IDs simple, accessible, and smart for everyone, regardless of technical experience or location.

What it does

The Context-Aware Digital ID Assistant guides users step by step through ID registration, provides local-language instructions, sends reminders for renewals and verification deadlines, and adapts guidance for both urban and rural users. It’s designed to be human-centered, accessible, and practical, ensuring students and citizens can manage their digital IDs efficiently.

How we built it

I developed the project solo using Gamma to create a professional 5-slide presentation and designed 4 app screens—Home, Registration, Verification, and Accessibility Options. I focused on visual mockups and user-centered design rather than coding, making the solution understandable and actionable.

Challenges we ran into

No coding experience, requiring me to rely entirely on mockups and visual storytelling.

Limited time: only 1 day to design, prototype, and submit the project.

Designing for diverse users, ensuring accessibility and usability for both urban and rural students.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Created a fully visual and professional submission that clearly communicates the idea.

Designed a solution that is feasible, inclusive, and human-centered.

Produced all content solo within a tight timeframe, demonstrating focus and adaptability.
