Inspiration
Due to current situations we were compelled to assist in developing a tool to screen yourself. This virus is affecting our daily life like no other and it is important to have accessible tools. This program cannot replace a doctor's check-in but it can aid you in decisions for general knowledge.
What it does
Gives feedback recommending next steps to increase safety based on user input.
How we built it
Built the program through scratch, ignoring complexity and efficiency to lay down the minimum ground work. Secondly, we took the base foundation and made a final copy of the logic to increase simplicity for developers as well as make it more user friendly.
Challenges we ran into
Keeping track of operations using similar variables. Managing booleans. Converting loops run by numbers to booleans.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Research to make sure accuracy of the feedback. User friendless. Easy to read code.
What we learned
Learning multiple languages of code can greatly increase your value as a hacker. Having an extra pair of eyes on your code can increase efficiency and power.
What's next for Ontario Covid-19 Screening-Analysis Machine
Add a front-end. Give more logic to the back-end including calculations.
