Smartphone wielders entering an office building are automatically enrolled into the office's zendesk "onsite 411" customer help service, so they can ask for and get help.
It works by having a Bluetooth Low Energy beacon at the building entrance/info desk. Incoming smartphone wielding visitors are automatically sensed and and are set up to communicate with the customer service reps monitoring the Onsite 411 channel.
We do this by leveraging the zendesk api.
