Inspiration

Many businesses struggle to provide fast, consistent, and 24/7 customer support. Customers often face long wait times and delayed responses, leading to frustration and reduced satisfaction. We wanted to create an AI-powered solution that improves customer service efficiency while delivering instant and accurate support.

What it does

Customer Care AI is an intelligent virtual assistant that helps businesses handle customer inquiries automatically. It can answer frequently asked questions, track orders, resolve common issues, provide product information, and escalate complex cases to human agents when necessary. The system operates 24/7, ensuring customers receive support anytime.

How we built it

We developed a responsive web application with a user-friendly interface. The frontend was designed to provide a seamless chat experience, while Firebase was used for authentication and data storage. AI technologies were integrated to understand customer queries, generate relevant responses, and continuously improve support quality through conversation analysis.

Challenges we ran into

One of the major challenges was ensuring the AI understood different ways customers ask similar questions. We also worked on reducing incorrect responses and creating a smooth handoff process from AI support to human agents when needed.
