With this inspiration in mind, we set out to develop an app that would revolutionize the customer support experience.

The Online Support Desk App is designed to facilitate seamless communication between users and support agents. 🔨 How we built it

To build the Online Support Desk App, we leveraged the Bunnyshell environment, a powerful platform that offers automated cloud management and deployment. We utilized its features and capabilities to create a robust and scalable infrastructure for our app. The frontend of the app was developed using modern web technologies such as ReactJs, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive interface. For the backend, we employed a combination of NodeJS, its framework, and mongo databases suitable for building web applications. These technologies enabled us to handle user requests, manage support tickets, and ensure smooth communication between users and support agents.

🏃🏻 Challenges we ran into

Throughout the development process, we encountered several challenges that tested our leveraging bunnyshell env with our app and pushed us to innovate. One significant challenge was deploying an efficient ticket routing system that would assign tickets to the most suitable support agents based on their expertise and workload. We also had to ensure the app's responsiveness and scalability, considering the varying levels of user traffic and support ticket volumes. Additionally, integrating real-time notifications and feedback mechanisms posed technical difficulties that required careful implementation and testing.
