Inspiration

The inspiration we got is from pollution, and overuse of disposable materials. Also, to change the world into a world with more technology.

What it does?

Allows an owner to customize and create a online menu which can then be presented to a user/customer.

How we built it?

We used ASP.Net framework to build and structure the application, C# and SQL to link and store the database related to the menu and owner/restaurant information.

Challenges we ran into?

One problem we ran into was how to link and store databases as well as how to display the values from the databases to the interfaces. Also, the Github connection with SQL files was our first challenge during the Hackathon.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We succeed in dynamically creating the table rows for food items and categories. We also succeeded in getting data from the users, storing it, and using it.

What we learned?

We learned HTML5, CSS3, and as well as how ASP.net and SQL together.

What's next for Online Menu?

Many things, but including perfecting UI and UX. As well as More customizability.

UX/UI

We put ourselves into the users' thought on top of everything. Convenient UX and clean UI for the users to easy access their own menu and delete items from their menu.

Adherence to theme

Our web app allows the restaurant and owner to connect through the menu which is customizable by the owner. Our app is also environmentally friendly because it replaces paper menu.
