Online Learning App

Inspiration

A better user interface for student portals. It helps students to explore top courses in the online learning websites.

What it does

Shows top 50 courses and gives options to add to favorites. It also recommends similar courses after selecting favorites.

How I built it

I built it using python, Django framework and spyder idle for recommendation system.

Challenges I ran into

We were also planning to implement a face recognition login system but we couldn't have enough time to implement it.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Exporting the database as csv or other formats. It helped a lot to run the recommendation system.

What I learned

Recommendation system using python. I am so proud to be able to do it. I think it can be implemented to different areas too.

Face recognition login system will be next for our project.
