I was inspired by the asymmetry of power in the relation between tenants and landlords during disputes related to security deposits.
What it does
Creates an escrow contract that holds the security deposit. In the case of a dispute, a chatbot helps the users reach an agreement or automatically resolve it if goes past the time-limit.
What's next for Online Dispute Resolution Protocol for Security Deposits
Better chatbots and approach the problem from a multi-agent with repeat games perspective. Design better mechanism to align incentives towards win-win solutions.
