Inspiration
So many people in our school suffered from lack of adiquate of blood suply in the school clinics . SO I did this as a school project to create awareness in our school and to offer a platform for people in need of blood to request blood.
What it does
The project allows people to request for blood. Also for people who are willing to donate blood, the platform gave them awareness and allowed them to set aside the most convenient time for them to donate their blood.
How we built it
I used python flask. I also had help from a few of my friends since I made the project open source
Challenges we ran into
- Geting people to use the platform was a challenge at first, but they gradualy started using it.
- maintaining the project become difficult when users increased
Accomplishments that we're proud of
People were using the app in our school, so I'm glad that it helped people

I want to rebuild the website and extend it's usage to the rest of the community
