Our solution to this problem was to create a software which helps with interaction between the students and the teacher. The app consists of 2 parts, the desktop app (what the teacher sees) and the android app (what the student sees). Whatever the Teacher is projecting/presenting, will be synced with the student’s android app, i.e. whenever the teacher scrolls down the pdf file, it will update on the student’s screen too, but this can be turned on/off using the ‘Live’ button. The student can ask questions anonymously, but there will be a way to check who is asking the questions in the back end, in case someone is asking ridiculous questions.
