Challenges we ran into

1. Camera API Inconsistencies Browser camera APIs behaved differently across devices and browsers, causing unreliable photo capture functionality.

Solution: Developed a comprehensive useCamera hook with proper error handling, fallback mechanisms, and cleanup procedures.

2. Web3 UX Friction Traditional social media users expect instant interactions, but blockchain transactions require confirmations and gas fees.

Solution: Implemented optimistic UI updates, batch transactions, guest browsing mode, and progressive Web3 feature disclosure.

3. IPFS Performance Variability Content loading times varied significantly, affecting user experience and platform reliability.

Solution: Built content pinning strategies, caching layers, fallback mechanisms, and skeleton loading states.
