As a senior who has fortunately made it through the job process, I know how stressful it can be and how easy it is to find yourself forgetting which companies you've applied to, which ones you have interviews with, and which ones have yet to get back to you. Because of this, I wanted to create an app that could keep track of all these things so that you could have easy access to a single dashboard to find out where you've applied and what you still need to do.
What it does
It categorizes your job applications by what stage they're in and lets you add notes, interview times, and other information about each application.
How I built it
The application was built using android studio and uses Firebase authentication and database.
Challenges I ran into
Life got in the way on Saturday so unfortunately I ran out of time to finish it.
What's next for OneHunt
I would love to add a to-do/deadlines list where you could access upcoming application deadlines and add to-do's for yourself. This could help you keep track of when applications are do and remind you to write that cover letter that you've been putting off for a while.
