For student-couriers in the Zona Metropolitana de Monterrey (ZMM), gig work isn't just a side hustle—it’s how they fund their education. Yet, they face an invisible barrier: traditional delivery algorithms treat Monterrey like a flat grid, completely ignoring steep mountain gradients (like Chipinque or Olinalá), severe bottlenecks on avenues like Gonzalitos, and extreme local weather hazards.

When drivers are given just 10 seconds to evaluate an offer while navigating heavy traffic, calculating fuel consumption, elevation penalties, and traffic delays in their head is impossible. One wrong decision means working for free. We built OneGo to eliminate the guesswork, giving power, safety, and guaranteed earnings back to the driver.
