Inspiration

The pain points of the organization, especially the concern on the record keeping method. We utilize the web development technology to solve this, as well as other problems including public exposure and funding.

What it does

It modyfies the current webpage of the clinic and create a back-end platform to managing patient records. We propose the add patient reviews on the clinic website to increase public awareness.

We also suggest to reach out to local business and corporations for partnership and sponsorship, then we can list them on the website. Further, we can utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, and Instagram to promote the clinic and its services.

How we built it

We built the front-end page based on current webpage of the clinic, with HTML and CSS. We also produced back-end platform demo using Figma prototyping tools.

Challenges we ran into

Effectively designing the information management system for keeping patients' record. We first suggested to use a HTML skeleton demo. Then we diceded to use Figma which is more powerful in web service prototyping.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We reduced future workload of the staff by implementing the automation of information input. The people working for the clinic can be focusing more on providing better service to those in need.

What we learned

The technology of making a prototype of web applicaitions, and more importantly, how to understand the actual need from real situation and turn it into useful product.
