Apps to gamify focus and help the environment

What it does

One Step motivates people to complete tasks to help the environment and rewards them points based on their completion progress to grow a tree and eventually get more rewards.

How we built it

Using React.JS and Material UI for the frontend and Firebase for backend authentication, MongoDB for databases

Challenges we ran into

Using new database technologies and implementing tasks we came up with and reward systems were challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Everything we created is pretty solid.

Teamwork, time management, and new tech

What's next for One Step

Making more solid reward systems (API's for coupons and such) would be cool.
