Inspiration

Inspired by the frustration of passive sustainability apps, we wanted to create something more resilient and impactful. We recognised that too often the message was of all or nothing. At One Sky we will recognise and celebrate the imperfectionists who care, those taking small steps toward a better world, even when life gets messy.

What it does

One Sky Collective is a mobile-first platform that turns everyday digital actions into measurable environmental impact via 3 step lead generating funnel with a trust laye. At its core, we’ve created a gamified ecosystem where users complete both trust based and verifiable tasks, earning both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards.

Challenges I ran into

No capital and relying on goodwill of volunteers has made the journey challenging. As has our impact over profit approach.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Most importantly, recruiting and retaining an amazing group of volunteers. Partnering with The Sustainables Academy, Trees for the Future, and Seven Clean Seas, being selected for a National Climate Tech Accelerator; accepted to Google's Start up Programme. and having a host of businesses, charities, schools and clubs asking "When?"

What I learned

That a million dollar business CAN be built by a group of talented and passionate volunteers.

What's next for One Sky Collective

Launching our MVP before Sept 30th 2026, onboarding our first 20,000 users, acquiring sponsors and at least 1 subscriber
