Inspiration

Health apps are everywhere, but most of them are bloated, overwhelming, or too rigid. I wanted something different — something instant. What if improving your health could start with just one prompt? As a solo builder, I set out to create a mobile experience where users could simply say what they need — and the app does the rest. That’s how the idea for this health-focused, prompt-driven app was born.
