Inspiration

What if we asked bolt.new to design things for specific people?

We tried, Edison, Eric Simon, and Leonardo da Vinci.

What it does

Given general open ended short prompts, the AI came up with these 3 different apps/interfaces

How we built it

one shot prompt as shown in screenshots and below

an app Edison would build if he were alive today

an app that Eric Simon bolt.new ceo might use

an app that Leonardo da Vinci might use everydayF

Challenges we ran into

it's interesting that for the ceo prompt, it only did high level GUI, with no functionality

Accomplishments that we're proud of

i liked the leo da vinci one having mirror writing!

What we learned

i wonder if we allowed more tokens per generation - would the ai be able to comprehensively generate?

What's next for One Shot App Collection

possibly flesh these out

Here are the bolt links

Communications seems to be that unlikely hobgoblin among human and AI for vibe coding, so why not just give the AI full creative control in general prompts, such as: > an app Edison would build if he were alive today.or > an app that Eric Simon bolt.new ceo might use or> an app that Leonardo da Vinci might use everydayFor Edison's app Bolt.new has created an I O T dashboard where we can toggle off tracking various energy things. We can toggle things on and off to see the energy profile graph change. For Eric's app, Bolt.new seems to be mostly CEO high level with no observable actual functionality. Make it so!For da Vinci's app, Bolt.new has created an app with a daily system that da Vinci might use - from a sketchbook that lets you download a png sketch, to an inventions notebook that includes name, category, description and progress - to his various advanced science for 1519 projects like anatomy to optics and light to geometry that are still under construction - to Mirror Writing where we can mirror our text as we type and old mirror notes or unmirror it - to his daily inspirations. And back to Observations. Tempus Fugit 2025 Carpe Diem!
