Coach overlay — face read + Shade→Blush→Light loop on the live frame.
Sculpt is a live beauty-cam contour coach for the moment one lipstick is already on your face. One piece. Three looks: Anchor, Lift, and Statement—each built so the locked color stays the same while the rest of the face shifts. YouCam powers the try-on read; Teach me walks Shade → Blush → Light so you can wear the shade you chose, not a generic filter.
Sculpt is built for the moment a shopper already has a lipstick on—or is about to buy one—and still needs the rest of the face to make sense. It locks the shade as it appears on that face, then proposes three wearable looks around the same color so try-before-buy is about harmony, not a catalog swatch. For beauty retail, that shade-lock loop can cut “wrong undertone / looks different at home” returns and give shelf or PDP traffic a clear next step after VTO. On the YouCam VTO side, Sculpt sits where Skin AI and makeup try-on already live: capture, read, render—then coach—so brands can show one SKU as three complete looks without new photography. Claims stay product-level: better preview confidence and look continuity, not guaranteed conversion lifts.
The coach reads face shape and uses Calibrate 3D so placement stays true when you turn. Phone-first web app. No account wall in the demo path.
