Inspiration Every freelancer knows the message. The project is agreed and signed, then the client writes: "Could you also add…?" Is it already included? Is it extra paid work? Or does it quietly become free work? Most of us guess, or just do it. I wanted that moment to end in a clear, agreed decision, with payment built in.
What it does Start from the agreement. Each project stores the scope you actually agreed. Client asks through a request link. No email threads; requests land in one place. AI suggests, with evidence. It reads each request against the agreement and suggests covered, needs clarification or new paid work, quoting the lines it's based on. It never sets a price. You decide. Set the price and timing, optionally attach real products to the quote (Channel3 search), and publish one clear proposal. Client accepts exact terms, then pays with PayPal checkout. The amount is fixed on the server from the stored proposal, never from the browser. Accepted but unpaid? AI drafts a PayPal invoice for exactly the accepted amount; you approve each step before anything is sent. Paid → locked. A verified PayPal webhook marks it paid, appends the work to the agreement and checklist, and locks the record. Subcontractors get their share. AI drafts each subcontractor's agreed percentage as a PayPal Payout; one approval sends it. Changes & Payments view (AG Grid): every request, finding, agreement and amount in one table.
