Inspiration

My inspiration came from problems we face each day with our mental health, as someone that came from low income house hold ,it affects mental health, makes one lack motivation or have no inspiration. So I wanted to address the issue.

What it does

It's a website that provides a free mental health support program for people

Challenges we ran into

As a beginner with little coding experience, I wasn't able to use the little knowledge I had in coding, so I had to look for other alternatives and in the description of the project I saw it had a section for beginners with no code experience

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud that I was able to finish the website with the allotted time slot because I joined in late. The main accomplishment in proud of that I created a program aimed to promote mental health in my community

What we learned

I learned that mental health is really overlooked when dealing with different obstacles. Majority of people don't realize that sometimes what they have to do is to check and treat their mental health to make things even better.

What's next for One Gen wellness.

To build a large community to help people aid their mental health.
