Inspiration
We were inspired by the idea of making everyday choices and interactions meaningful. Life is full of decisions, big and small, that shape our journey, and we wanted to capture this essence in a game.
What it does
"One Day Full of Questions" allows players to navigate a school day, making choices that shape their narrative. Players interact with characters, face trivia questions, and tackle challenges, all of which influence their journey and knowledge.
How we built it
We designed the game using a narrative-driven approach, creating scenarios where every decision impacts the player's journey. The game combines interactive storytelling with educational content, ensuring trivia questions are seamlessly integrated into the gameplay.
Challenges we ran into
Balancing the educational aspect with engaging gameplay was challenging. Ensuring that the trivia questions were both informative and fun required careful curation. Additionally, creating a seamless narrative where player choices significantly affect outcomes took meticulous planning and testing.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of successfully integrating educational content into an engaging game format. The narrative-driven approach and the impact of player choices on the storyline create a unique and immersive experience.
What we learned
We learned the importance of storytelling in games and how trivia can be a fun and educational tool. Integrating knowledge into gameplay can enhance the player’s experience and make learning enjoyable.
