Creating a app for the first time was daunting. We spent most of the time learning Swift and trying to implement ideas that seem trivial in other languages but nearly impossible to implement in Swift. A big thing that got me stuck when trying to make markers load dynamically was data not saving outside closures. Also trying to overlay buttons over my root view. These tasks we plan to finish after this hackathon but at the moment, this a is FAIL
